  • Incorrect Document Format or File: If the documents submitted are in the incorrect format, contain wrong files, or do not comply with our guidelines, we will not issue a refund. This includes cases where the documents are incomplete, illegible, or otherwise unsuitable for verification.

2. No Refunds Policy

Except for the conditions outlined above, we have a strict no refund policy. Once a document is submitted and processed, regardless of the outcome (verified or not), no refunds will be issued. This policy applies to all fees paid for document verification services.
